1 cup light plain soy milk (2)
1/3 cup FF vanilla yogurt (1)
1/3 cup (about 4 halves) canned apricots in light syrup (1)
1/3 cup peaches, frozen (0)
1 banana (0)
1 scoop low cal vanilla protein powder (2)
3 ice cubes
Layer ingredients in blender in order shown and blend til smooth.
Yield: 1 | 6p+
This smoothie was absolutely delicious! The apricot really added a nice tang. Tomorrow's recipe will definitely be using some more of those canned apricots, yum!
