1 cup light plain soy milk (2)
1/3 cup (about 4or 5 halves) canned apricots in light syrup (1)
1/3 cup FF vanilla yogurt (1)
1/2 cup blackberries, frozen (0)
1/2 banana, frozen or not (not in picture) (0)
1 scoop low cal vanilla protein powder (2)
3 ice cubes
Layer ingredients in blender in order shown and blend til smooth.
Yield: 1 | 6p+
This is by far the prettiest smoothie I have made so far. That purple liquid goes quite well with my rocking purple cup. Enjoy this one, I know I did!

ReplyDeleteI bought Designer Whey in Vanilla Praline and Chocolate off of the GNC website. It is a really good protein powder that gets you lots of protein for few calories, and it tastes good, too! You should definitely try it. If you have a vitamin/supplement store near you they might carry it so you don't have to order it online then wait.
